A business is a reflection of the people that conceived it, created it and manage it. They provide the inspiration and the passion that makes the distinction between other restaurants, shops and services, adding their personal touch and approach to great ideas.
We’ve invested in our own geothermal energy plant, which consists of 12 perforations drilled into the soil below BREATHE™.
It allows us to sustainably cool the building during the warmer months, heat it during the short cool spells and provide hot water for a fraction of the energy normally used.
We believe in quality and we don’t compromise on that, but we also think that a good business – certainly a great restaurant venue – can be fun, ethical and care about the environment.
The Palo Borracho trees do this while looking amazing; lychee, fig, citrus, loquat and feijoa add blossom and fragrance to the air, and our herb garden complements BREATHE´STM very own farm in Alhaurín, where we grow a lot of the vegetables and fruit used in the restaurant. The show-stopper, however, is the 25-metre tall vertical garden.
It’s a place to relax with friends, socialise, enjoy great food and have fun in a very special setting that is framed by fantastic Marbella views. And you don’t even have to feel guilty about being surrounded by all this gorgeous greenery, as we collect rainwater, filter it and use it to irrigate the garden.

At BREATHE™, architecture and landscaping are completely integrated and complementary, creating what we think is a uniquely stylish, trendy and urban yet also natural environment.
Everything, from the easy access and the lighting to the framing of the views, the creation of a warm, welcoming ambience, a stunning sky bar and a wonderful year-round garden terrace, has been carefully considered and lovingly put together.
